Terms and Conditions

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ActonOS, including the website, early-access product, dashboards, capture tools, AI extraction features, and related services. By using ActonOS, you agree to these Terms.

Product Status

ActonOS is a new product and may be offered as an early-access, beta, or demo service. The product may change, pause, or discontinue features as we learn from users and improve the service.

Use of the Service

You may use ActonOS only for lawful business or personal productivity purposes. You are responsible for the meeting notes, transcripts, and other content you submit, and you must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use ActonOS to create harmful, deceptive, illegal, or infringing content.

AI Output

ActonOS uses AI to extract commitments, owners, deadlines, priorities, source quotes, and follow-up drafts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before relying on it.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ActonOS. You grant ActonOS the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content to provide and improve the service.

Accounts and Access

If account features are added, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or limit access if we believe there is a security risk, policy violation, or misuse of the service.

Third-Party Services

ActonOS may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, AI processing, email, databases, or other infrastructure. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

No Warranty

ActonOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActonOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on AI output.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date on this page.
