ActonOS helps users turn meeting notes, transcripts, and conversations into commitments, follow-ups, and next actions. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, role, waitlist responses, meeting titles, meeting dates, attendees, notes, transcripts, extracted commitments, owners, deadlines, source quotes, and follow-up drafts.

We may also collect basic technical information such as device, browser, log, usage, and performance data to operate, secure, and improve the product.

We use information to provide the product, extract commitments, save and display user workflows, manage early access, respond to requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When you submit meeting notes or transcripts for extraction, ActonOS may send that content to an AI service provider to generate structured commitments and follow-up drafts. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, secure, or improve ActonOS. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the product, support users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information by contacting us. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, or operational requirements.

ActonOS is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date on this page.
